I was gonna write a long history post about Ninku’s fansubbing situation throughout the years, but I’ll leave it to someone more experienced than me to write that. This has been an undertaking over 16 years in the making since Rice-Box released their one-shot of episode 1 back in 2004. Well, it’s been a long time coming, but after almost 7 years since we began subtitling Ninku from where our predecessors in Dattebayo fansubs left off, we have reached the end of the road and completed this one at long last. Also, Soldado-Subs’ site is indeed dead, but the domain is alive and I put it to good use by just making it a vanity discord invite here. P.S.: In other news, the Ninku manga is being actively scanlated by Oil Scans and can be read here.

It’s pretty entertaining if you ask me, so enjoy, it’s only been 18 months since episode 55. Within this batch, there is also a new release, and that is a Ninku Drama CD that came with the blu-ray box with the original cast reprising their roles. Went back and fixed every possible inconsistency within reason in the entirety of this show, OVA, and movie, and now I am satisfied enough to put out this batch once and for all.
